- We do not accept third party bookings
- Full payment of the booking cost is taken at check in time
- We accept cash or Visa or Mastercard as a payment method
- We do not accept business cards, non-consumer cards or American Express for bookings or room balance payments.
- We reserve tha right to cancel a booking if a business card or non-consumer card is used for booking a room.
- The booking confirmation will be required when you arrive to check in.
- Check out is by 10:00am.
- Should any damages occur during your stay we reserve the right to recover our loss by using the card details provided during the booking process.
- Non-residents are not permitted in the guest house.
- Non-residents vehicles are not permitted to park in the guest house parking bays.
- No responsibility is taken for loss of items in, or damage to vehicles, parked in the car park.
- Discounts/special offers may be subject to change during seasonal or special events dates.

Cancellation Policy
We strongly advise you to take out Travel Insurance for cancellation and other unexpected events.
- We reserve the right to amend the cancellation policy.
- Sorry, room payments are non-refundable and not transferable.
- All cancellation notices must be in writing or via e-mail.
- A cancellation request is for the full term of the booking.
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full booking cost, if the room(s) are not re-sold.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a one nights stay, if the room(s) are not re-sold.
