Hello and Welcome,
           from Neil & Lesley!

Now that you have found us I hope we can persuade you to stay with us in one of our clean and comfortable en-suite rooms. And to enjoy our Four Star bed & breakfast hospitality.

For our guests traveling by car or motorbike we have free parking.

Upon arrival you will be given your own front door key, so do not worry about coming in and out of the guest house all day or night (just don't wake the neighbours if you come home late!!)

We also have free WiFi available throughout our guest house for those requiring Email or Web access.

And of course, we are in Edinburgh... The Capital of Scotland a must on anyones list of places to visit. A place of History, architecture, Castles and stunning scenery. 

Getting to these major attractions is easy from where we are. Our location in Liberton is conveniently only 15 minutes away from these attractions by the local bus services. The bus stop is only 10 metres from our door.
